1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the mcwbd platform and its users. By using our services through the mcwbd website, mobile application or any other channel, you are giving your full consent to these terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x), meaning you must wager 20 times the combined total of the deposit and bonus before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are only usable within the specified time period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• If the original deposit amount is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus funds will be cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• mcwbd reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In the event of a bonus-related dispute, the decision of mcwbd will be considered final.

VIP Program

mcwbd runs a three-tier VIP program for regular players. Tier changes are based on regular activity and loyalty:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

General Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error occurs.
• If an event is conducted outside its defined rules, mcwbd reserves the right to re-settle the bet.

• Transferring or selling an account to a third party.

Account Closure Process

If prohibited activity is detected, mcwbd reserves the right to close the account without prior notice. The legitimate balance of a closed account will be returned, however bonus funds and fraudulently obtained winnings will be forfeited.
